The Arcada lobby bar offers national and international cocktails, drinks, coffee-based preparations, and light meals, along with a cozy atmosphere in its interior courtyard, which features a mural reflecting the main attributes of the local area. In this welcoming setting, guests can enjoy classic Cuban cocktails, especially the traditional Canchánchara, a cocktail that is part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity and symbolizes the spirit of Cuba. It was originally prepared by the Mambises during the independence wars. This drink consists of a mix of honey, lemon, aguardiente (a type of liquor), ice, and water, and is traditionally served in a clay cup that simulates a jícaro, a native container.
The Arcadas restaurant serves breakfast, as well as à la carte lunch and dinner, offering Creole and international cuisine. The variety of dishes combines vegetables, meats, fish, beans, root vegetables, pasta, desserts, and tropical fruits, among other typical flavors and aromas of national cuisine.
